Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All domestic orderers are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and include a tracking number.

All shipments are sent to the address as entered by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for addresses that are not formatted properly, misspelled, incomplete or non-existent.

We Ship Worldwide

Electricdust will ship orders worldwide via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and include a tracking number.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) and other legal and regulatory requirements, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Electricdust is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Electricdust is not responsible for delays in shipping.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mariena@electricdust.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Although the USPS will ship to P.O. Boxes, Electricdust is not responsible for delays in delivery due to parcels not fitting in P.O. Boxes. Shipments to P.O. boxes will only be sent via US Mail.

Return Policy

Did your order arrive damaged from shipping and handling? No problem! Contact us and we will issue you a shipping label so you can return the product and be be issued a full refund.

Products that have been opened and/or partially/fully consumed are ineligible for a refund.

We will accept all returns of unused, unopened products within 10 days of receipt and issue a full refund.  Please contact us to initiate a return. Please allow 5 business days to issue refund upon receipt of returned items.
